Joy Van Patten, M.Ed is a dynamic change agent, facilitator, leader, and coach who currently serves as Vice President of Organizational Development and HR for Divisions Maintenance Group, a national half-billion dollar award-winning facilities management group. Additionally, she is serving her second elected term as Secretary of the Warren County GOP Central Committee.
Joy and her husband, Rick, co-founded PURE Ministries Fellowship in Landen, Ohio in 2007 where they still serve as pastors and worship leaders.
Joy is passionate about seeing people unleashed to realize their full God-given potential. She believes everyone has a purpose to fulfill while on this earth.

Paulette is a member of the leadership of Destiny Arising and serves as a team builder and has been involved with Dr. Theresa Phillips for many years.
She has taught at several of conferences and Summits.
She is passionate about this ministry reaching people and encouraging them to pursue their dreams in all the seven spheres of influence. Now more than ever it is vital for the church to arise and influence society. The Lord supernaturally pursued Paulette and she has been serving him for the last 50 years. She has taught in 4 different Bible Schools, Pastored, and was responsible for leading several teams. She has ministered in healing, deliverance, and prophetic ministries. She has spoken in many churches in the US and internationally. Paulette is a founding board member of Women in Missions, Watering Hole which currently meets monthly.

Barbara A Velez is a bilingual ordained minister, itinerant speaker, and content creator with more than 20 years of experience in administration.
Her passion is to help others find meaning and be successful in everyday life.
She and her husband have a unique teaching abilities.
